This 1 hour discussion group will focus on experience exchange around tuneable metasurfaces using optically controlled switches.
Martin Cryan (University of Bristol) will kick-start the discussion with a 5-minutes lightning talk on “Ultra-Linear Tunable Metasurfaces Using Optically Controlled Microwave to THz Switches”.
Participants will then have the opportunity to highlight their own expertise and to discuss ideas how to address the challenges in this area to advance innovation.
The event is hosted by the UK Metamaterials Network.
The target audience are scientists in academia and industry, governmental agencies etc at all career stages.
