The UK Metamaterials Network (UKMMN) 2027 Conference on Acoustic Metamaterials will bring together leading experts from academia and industry to exchange recent advances and plan future endeavours in the fundamentals and applications of acoustic metamaterials.

The conference will be dedicated to invited talks from distinguished speakers coming from many different areas related to acoustic metamaterials and adjacent fields. There will be a wide range of topics covered in the talks, from theoretical foundations, experiments, and simulation methods to industrial showcases and multi-disciplinary research involving acoustic metamaterials. We look forward to welcoming you in Edinburgh for this exciting event!

Confirmation of places will be circulated after the closing date (30th November 2026)
With the confirmation of your place you will be asked to pay a commitment fee to secure your place. The fee will depend on the actual number of registrations, but we expect this to be no more than £350 per delegate.
