 Why Should I attend?

‘Metamaterials in the Real World’ places innovation, new technology and applications front and centre through presentations, demonstrations and talks. It brings an opportunity to network with key stakeholders in the metamaterials community: researchers, academics, industry, government, and innovators from various domains.

The showcase serves as a hub for knowledge sharing. Field leaders and emerging talents can connect, fostering collaboration across the metamaterials community and influencing the direction of metamaterials in the UK.

It’s a chance to build networks and exchange ideas, to explore and discuss cutting-edge developments, forming links between academia and industry. The showcase will support collaborations on Pump Prime Projects, led by academics and supported by industry; summer studentships; student sponsorships; collaborating on events, and directly funding cutting edge research.
